Abstract

This work aims to present technological mechanisms that can simplify the work routine of companies operating in the slaughterhouse segment, specifically the concierge sector. Despite being a fundamental activity for this type of company, access control is still carried out manually in many of them. This is a preponderant factor, because according to the case study presented in the article, a visitor or vehicle may take an average of five to six minutes to be able to pass through the concierge with the proper registration. Therefore, one of the objectives of the proposed system is to streamline this process. In addition, the system must be able to record all stakeholder data accurately and securely.
